Terms of Service

Acceptance

By adding Pandora to a Discord server, configuring it, or using its features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pandora. You must also comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Eligibility

You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement for your region (at least 13) to use Pandora. Server administrators are responsible for using Pandora in communities that comply with Discord’s rules.

In-server currency has no real-world value

Pandora’s economy features use virtual, in-server currency and items for entertainment only. This currency:

• has no real-world monetary value;
• cannot be purchased from us, cashed out, redeemed for money or goods, or exchanged for anything of real-world value;
• has no secondary market — it may not be sold, traded for real value, or transferred outside the in-server features Pandora provides.

Economy features (including chance-based games) are provided for community engagement, not gambling. We provide responsible-play controls (such as self-exclusion and loss limits) that administrators and members can use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, exploit, or attempt to manipulate the economy, leveling, or fairness systems;
• use Pandora to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others;
• attempt to bypass security, verification, or moderation features;
• use Pandora in violation of Discord’s Terms or applicable law.

Service provided “as is”

Pandora is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pandora, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding twelve months.

Termination and data

You may stop using Pandora at any time by removing it from your server, which deletes that server’s configuration and gameplay data. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Data handling on removal and deletion requests is described in our Privacy Policy, including which records are retained for integrity.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact the Pandora support server.
